Amen {It Is So} 

A man said “Let US make them in our image.” A man created a man whom over all was given rule,power, dominion, and even knowledge. A man came to earth 2008 years ago. A man had the first church where he dealt with liars, cheaters, tax collectors, and even big egos. A man pastored effectively the 1st church which wasn’t mega in members but mega in ministry. A man had 12 members and did nothing but succeed spiritually. A man had 12 men whom he taught without a building to call his own. A man gave his members power and showed them how to love even those who were acting ignorant, foul, and even slow. A man taught diligence, peace, joy, hope,faith, and most importantly do it with true love. A man then gave his life for those who were looking to kill him but they didn’t have enough. A man gave life through his death with which he gave. A man gave his life so that in 2008 we might be saved. A man gave us life more abundantly by showing us the truth with how he lived. A man made even the word AMEN a word of finality if used with love and showed as a true gift. It Is So my brother was made manifest by Jesus a man who is God in the flesh. It Is So and I say my brothers and sisters AMEN.

 When I say AMEN I mean A MAN. That man being Jesus. When you say amen in prayer my brothers and sisters you are saying “It Is So.” So I say AMEN.

 My praise report is this. Yesterday I sent out a poem Saying Pray For Me As God Leads You. The outpouring of love was tremendous. I wanna say I have never felt more loved than I did yesterday. Anyway. I haven’t seen my one daughter Brooklynn since I left Texas 7 years ago. Well when I got here her mother stopped all contact. I had a dream about Brooklynn which I told you all about yesterday. Well an hour after I sent the email being transparent needing prayer God sent me an immediate answer to my 7 year prayer about Brooklynn. Well in sending me the answer A lady came to my door and knocked. Of course I was suspicious so I asked who she was and she told me. What she said to me was the grandmother for Brooklynn Ciera Huckaby was suing me for child support. Baby I AIN’T never been excited about going to court but I will get to see my child ya’ll. I am so overjoyed I was crying and boo hooing everywhere. I knew that it was God because he has worked things on my behalf before for stuff like this. There has never been a righteous prayer in the last 10 years God hasn’t answered for me and those whom I have prayed for. So I am telling you pray and allow God to make you transparent. Because God is looking to do some things in your life that you thought he might have forgotten as well. I admit I thought he forgot my one prayer to get me to see or hear from my daughter somehow before I died. HALLELUJAH. I want you guys to know I sent that prayer out yesterday to God and those who pray for me on here because I needed some results right now. I didn’t need a prophet or another laying on of hands service. I needed Jesus to say like he said to Peter when he was in the boat “COME.” He did that. In Jesus name we pray amen.

me such a life as I have had.
The greatness accomplished
and all known and unknown

  In truth I was struggling to write this poem today.  I had preached and did comedy this weekend and was on a spiritual high.  The churches showed me mad love and really blessed my soul.  Then I reached a down immediately after.  My car’s front looks like I was just running into a wall.  I admit I was so up there about the weekend that God showed me his glory through an accident.  Of course I had symptoms but God showed me how precious I really am.  It doesn’t matter that I am a comedian,preacher, or anything else because if it is my time to go God could have allowed the accident to be worse.  Someone lost their life in an accident and I didn’t I thank God because at that time I wasn’t ready.  I had to really repent.  My life has to be all the way complete in Christ.  If I have offended or made you feel some type of way then I want to take this time to repent.  Amen.

Isaiah 40:31- But they that wait upon the Lord

shall renew their strength; they shall mount up

with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be

weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

With Wings As Eagles 

Lord we need renewed strength for

the things you have in store for us.
Lord we wait upon the words you

comfort us with in our hearts by Your
power and extreme love.

Lord we look to the hills from whence
cometh our help cometh from the Lord

our God.
Lord with renewed strength in You life

is not quite as hard.
Lord with love we come to gain under-

standing for we at times fall to weariness.

Lord where can we go but to you for the

greatest of gifts and this is life abundantly.

You are the ultimate when it comes to the

truth of a victorious race in which our adversary

would have us believe was a loss.
So we mount up as a people that are adorned

with power, authority, dominion over everything

that has a place on this earth.

When Jesus Was In My Tears

 As the tears flowed down my face upon my heart. I begin to take solace that my prayer was heard of the new things that were becoming hard. As a deer panteth after the water I found my place. The tears flowed freely as Jesus be- gin to wash my tears away. Each tear represented a struggle a fight from within. A moment in time of joy, happiness, pain, hurt, and sin. As I meandered upon the Lords word and meditated upon the word that sustained me. In my flowing tears I found the truest form of victory. My hands begin to raise in total sub- mission. Jesus came to me and said “I Am he whom paid the price for your life so your sins I washed away they are no longer the focus of your attention. I smiled a weak smile for I was forgiven before I did the deed. Jesus knew at this time that I was on my bended knees. Now I am victorious and redeemed. The devil is on notice through my tears that he no longer can guilt or hang shame over me.

Remember when you were young and someone had made you so mad you were crying when it came time to fight that person and just your tears alone let everyone around you know you meant business? See when Jesus went to Lazarus’s tomb right before that he wept. See there is victory and prayer in your tears. Your not a baby because you are crying. So take charge through your tears and allow the warning to be felt that you mean business with your tears. Be blessed.

‘Til Death Do Us Part

Ya’ll know I was really struggling with sending this poem because people don’t like to be told the truth.  I was getting ready to pacify the crowd of emailers but God said go forth.  Obedience is better than sacrifice.  So for me I am going to be obedient to the word of God. Meaning the poem is ok but I got to study and apply the word of God to bring reproach off of me.

Hello, and what is your name?

Wow you look real good, are you

with someone that’s a shame.

Of course I would love to go out

with you and hopefully become

good friends.

No us being together would never

be a sin.

It’s 10 months later and we have

broken up several times.

For this relationship seems to be

just carnal, but it is spiritual and

can of course leave you spiritually

blind.

Now we’re back together 2 years

and that’s my boo.

Will you do me the honor of saying

“I Do?

Now its years later and we are finally

at the altar professing our love.

We are saying to one another

“til DEATH do us part.”

We have been married and you are

not the same.

You used to be sweet and now you

got me going insane.

My family don’t like you and neither

do my friends.

We have associates and your cheating

again.

Am I not good enough what have I

done.

I thought we would be together until

our lives have a setting sun.

All of sudden you are gone.

I am now stuck here and I am stuck

on your memory of going on.

‘Til DEATH Do Us Part

  Now let me explain this poem story.  Sin was explained to me by my Pastor on yesterday but he never said none of this.  Sin is much like a man and a woman dating each other.  See we have become so married to our sins we can’t let them go because it will be the death of us.  We have broken up with the sin but we haven’t let it go.  We still havin’ sin booty calls.  We still creep and see our sin after we have professed to let it go.  We have to hide it from our friends and family because they are going to talk about it and us.  See our sins we have become so committed to the sin that we have married it.  Think I am lying how many of us still gossip and love it?  How many of us go to church and still smoke cigarettes {cause that is slow suicide}?  How many of us won’t back away from the table {Hence the name Big Husky my refusal to back away from the table}? How many of us are in relationships that God didn’t put together {and I ain’t just talking sexual ones}?  I know somebody is really upset but the bible says “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”  How many of us are still doing ministry and haven’t righted the wrongs?  How many of us are living in unforgiveness?  How many of us are living in stubbornness?  How many of us are living in pride?  How many of us don’t mind prostituting and pimping our ministries?  Wow I know I have either done one of these in the last year or been in it recently with the exception of smoking.  How many of us have lied?  ‘Til death do us part.  How many of us have to have our ministries, relationships, marriages, careers die because we refuse to let death part us from our sin.  The bible says die daily.  Meaning get rid of your sins daily.  It is a daily process.  You don’t have to wait 40 years for death to part you an your sin.  God I am allowing this sin to die and not be resurrected through memory, body, or soul in Jesus name I pray amen.

Not Invited To The Party {Party Crasher}

1. And the LORD said unto Samuel, How long wilt thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to Jesse the Bethlehemite: for I have provided me a king among his sons. 2 And Samuel said, How can I go? if Saul hear it, he will kill me. And the LORD said, Take an heifer with thee, and say, I am come to sacrifice to the LORD. 3 And call Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show thee what thou shalt do: and thou shalt anoint unto me him whom I name unto thee. 4 And Samuel did that which the LORD spake, and came to Bethlehem. And the elders of the town trembled at his coming, and said, Comest thou peaceably? 5 And he said, Peaceably: I am come to sacrifice unto the LORD: sanctify yourselves, and come with me to the sacrifice. And he sanctified Jesse and his sons, and called them to the sacrifice. 6 And it came to pass, when they were come, that he looked on Eliab, and said, Surely the LORD’s anointed is before him. 7 But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart. 8 Then Jesse called Abinadab, and made him pass before Samuel. And he said, Neither hath the LORD chosen this. 9 Then Jesse made Shammah to pass by. And he said, Neither hath the LORD chosen this. 10 Again, Jesse made seven of his sons to pass before Samuel. And Samuel said unto Jesse, The LORD hath not chosen these. 11 And Samuel said unto Jesse, Are here all thy children? And he said, There remaineth yet the youngest, and, behold, he keepeth the sheep. And Samuel said unto Jesse, Send and fetch him: for we will not sit down till he come hither. 12 And he sent, and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this is he. 13 Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah. 14 But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him. 15 And Saul’s servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee. 16 Let our lord now command thy servants, which are before thee, to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on an harp: and it shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from God is upon thee, that he shall play with his hand, and thou shalt be well. 17 And Saul said unto his servants, Provide me now a man that can play well, and bring him to me. 18 Then answered one of the servants, and said, Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, that is cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the LORD is with him. 19 Wherefore Saul sent messengers unto Jesse, and said, Send me David thy son, which is with the sheep. 20 And Jesse took an ass laden with bread, and a bottle of wine, and a kid, and sent them by David his son unto Saul. 21 And David came to Saul, and stood before him: and he loved him greatly; and he became his armourbearer. 22 And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I pray thee, stand before me; for he hath found favor in my sight. 23 And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him. Good morning and God bless.

I have been looking at this scripture for a number of years and now I finally get it. In this day and time of great historical significance especially for African Americans but most importantly for christian believers I have dug into the meet of this thing here. See Samuel was mourning over Saul beginning to lose his kingdom for his disobedience when in chapter 15 the scripture says to be obedient is better than sacrifice. Well Saul wasn’t obedient to what God said and ultimately lost his kingdom. Now lets get to why we chose this scripture today because obedience is needed in Christ. For all christians. When we do wrong great consequences can happen to us and those around us. This is how David became one of the greatest Kings to ever live in the bible. One of the most mentioned and revered men for he was a man after God’s own heart. Well you say he slept with ol’ girl and then had the husband murdered but he was a man after God’s own heart. See when you are chosen no matter what you do you have to finish the task God has set for you. Anyway I am getting ahead of myself. Samuel was told by God to go and get Jesse and anoint him a new king whom he has chosen. How many of us on here know we are chosen. Funny thing about what God told Samuel he didn’t tell Jesse because David wasn’t invited to the party because he was tending to the sheep. Now look at how many people are invited to the party of financial wealth, physical health, and other things because they are tending the sheep. See we whom are working truly on the front lines of God’s Army are facing debt, ruin, rumors that could kill our careers, among other things but God has it designed that way for a reason. If you can tend to God’s sheep the right way you can come out of the circumstances that are happening in your life. Anyway back to the story. Samuel looks at all of Jesse’s sons all of the 7 of them {7 is the number of completion} and none of them are fit to be anointed king as God would see fit. Also the work was being heavenly completed. My God look at this here so they go and get the youngest son {The one who doesn’t seem to have any experience, he’s not seasoned} and Samuel says that’s the one. Look at God. David is a man after God’s own heart. The reason because David knew how to be alone tending God’s sheep {Sometimes you will be alone doing ministry but it is a blessing.} Anyway now Saul has lost his anointing and an evil spirit from the Lord was put upon Saul. Watch this {those with real gifts from God will appreciate this one}. He is given an evil spirit from God and guess who is to lift the evil spirit form God DAVID. How many of you even realize you have been put into place to remove the evil spirit from those in higher place and not only that you will be the one to eventually be in that persons place. See but the one thing you must do is love those whom may have that evil spirit because David became Saul’s armourbearer. Meaning he was the one chosen to have Saul’s back. God put David in 2 places. The one of Armourbearer so he would know how to lead. Then he anointed and appointed him to become king. Meaning you have to know how to treat the position you are in before God anoints you to take a higher position. Because unlike Saul, David became greater because he was humble already before he became King because he had been a worker first. Somebody praise God. So when someone ask how did you get that position that you haven’t gone to school for tell them God. I know a young man whom we all affectionately call Q. He has a diploma and is getting ready to go to school for production and all of that computer stuff but he is already more qualified than some because he humbly worked on projects and is working on some other projects other have to wait to get there. He has already been the Sound engineer for a radio show D.E.T.U.T and c.ds “Last Supper” and “Great And Holy Is Our God.” He removes a spirit of evil by his gentleness and love he gives to people. So if you don’t appreciate your posisition now you might not get to the next level or be stripped of your throne. Also know this because you weren’t invited to the party that was for you if you allow God to do his thing he will make everything alright. Also notice that the evil spirit came from the Lord. Stop giving the devil all of the credit for God’s work. The next chapter is about David and goliath. Look out for it. Love you.

Blind

 I am walking into this blind but I am in peace. My spirit is my guide so I have so much relief. I have this covered completely even though people say I am a fool. For what I am about to embark on is known as totally uncool. What is your plan that is what people say. This is unusual and done in such a simple way. Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. I am lost to you from what your eyes can see. I am not stuck on conventional wisdom or its desired effect. This is unusual so why do you have no frets? See what the eye can see most times gives God a little praise. What you cannot see coming to fruition can last until you see Jesus once again. If Jesus can’t take care of me then what am I serving him for? I have blinded my eyes to the problems in front of me so that Jesus has an open door. I wanted to solve the problems but my usual wisdom isn’t seeing seeing me through. So I have been trusting in the Lord while Jesus tells me what it is I need to do. See I was trying to help Jesus out with his plan. Jesus remember man can’t live off of bread alone but by my words that have your heart, mind, and soul to land. I am here for the purpose not the circumstance. So listen to the Lord for your new direction as Jesus tells you how to stand.

Being blind in this sense means to close your eyes to distractions, troubles, circumstances. I was forced to trust God you don’t have to be that way. Do it willingly. My world was rocked because I didn’t hear Jesus when he warned me. You hear the instruction of the Lord for he can bring you out of the financial crunch, family hindrance, ministry failure, friend hurts, and over situations of your day. Stop trying to help God help you. HE didn’t need you to make you, so He doesn’t need you to help you out. Love you be blessed.

Doors open that once were

I am in total victory.
When I praise unto the Lord.
I am in truth and touching
worship without looking be-

When I praise unto Jehovah.
I look forward to being blessing.
When I praise unto El Shaddai.
I can see the people who I
come into contact with begin
to be comforted by His peace.
When I praise unto the Almighty.
Deliverance is my dance.
When unto the Great I Am.
My life is more abundant and
I am more willing to forgive
and give another chance.
When I praise unto God,
Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
I am vested in His sweet com-
munion.
When I praise unto Jesus.
I am found to be the salt and
flavor unto those whom are
hopeless, lost, and feeling so
very useless.
When I praise unto God I am
realizing Praise is who I am.
 
 
 
 
   Are you praise?  Are you worship?  Are you victorious?  Are you ready? Are you hope?  Are you these things?  If you are just give God a praise break right there.  I asked these questions because once you realize that praise has nothing to do with you stepping into a church per say but everything to do with how you live, speak, and are my God somebody watch out!!!! Somebody watch out!!!! Somebody watch out!!!!  When people see you do they get excited because they know you are sure ‘nough about your FATHER’S business?  Somebody give God an AWESOME shout of PRAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See  I am excited.  Because as I said unto you earlier in one of my poems “God asked me Do YOU TRUST ME?” I said yes and all hell broke loose and I got shook at the beginning of October.  Well I was watching Austin Powers and Dr.Evil had stolen his “MOJO.”  So he thought.  He can’t take what God has made in him.  See I Got My MOJO.  Meaning this I’ve Got THE VICTORY. Somebody down in Willingboro New Jersey made me see that Greater Is He That Is In Me Than He that Is In The World SO BABY Tell the Devil to GET THEE BEHIND ME.  I AM PRAISE.  SOMEBODY SAY YES.  Your yes has just started something.  HALLELUJAH. HALLELUJAH. HALLELUJAH.  HALLELUJAH.  Somebody say YES.  The Young kids in WILLINGSBORO NEW JERSEY where I went to minister to this weekend ministered to me by giving their life back to CHRIST somebody say “GLORY.”  I can’t contain myself I am so excited I cannot hide.  Like the Pointer Sisters said back in the day “I’m about to loose control and I think I like It.”  Jesus.  There is going to be someone to come your way today that will need Jesus will you give it with your praise?  Be blessed.
